Water Shut Off? If
you were shut off, and it is during our business hours, please add a
$50 reconnect fee and call our office (503.630.8270) to have your water
turned back on. If it is after our regular hours please add a $100 reconnect fee
and call our Public Works on-call at 503.849.9951.

To
make a payment, simply log in to your account with your REGISTERED
email address and click on Make a Payment. If you would like to sign
up for automatic bill pay, click
here.
FIRST TIME USERS, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Account Number
- Your Email Address
Utility Service & Billing
The City bills approximately 1,400 customers monthly for water, sewer and storm drain fees. The bills are mailed by the last day of each month and are due by the 20th of the following month. Rates include flat fees for water, sewer, and storm drain, plus a usage fee based upon how many gallons of water are used.
The City accepts cash, checks and credit cards for payment. The City also offers an automatic debit option for customers that sign up (see application above).
